Saturday - soon after 8.00am - tilting a ten ton block (= circa 2 bluestones), to fix logs under it, turning it through 180 degrees and rowing it up a hill for several hundred yards and then down again, using a team of ten or twelve people.
Other replications have involved hundreds of people and haven't attempted gradients, so it should be pretty special.
Hopefully.
Sunday - research for eventual erection experiment. Constructing a wooden tower, rowing the stone onto it and perhaps attempting to drop it vertically, (depending on time remaining).
