I didn't mean to do a random search of the heavens looking for a pattern, but if there was a closely grouped set of bright stars that might reasonably have had significance to ancient people AND matched the pattern of the henges, then this would at least lend some weight to the possibility that star alignments were intentional. I mentioned the Pleiades because from this cluster it's possible to make out six individual stars with the naked eye. I haven't checked whether they bear any ressemblance to Priddy.
