I'm a paid up member of the Labour Party but am seriously thinking about cancelling my membership. A lot of people won't agree with Nick Cohen's analysis (below) but it does ring alarm bells.

I don't know if his analysis of the motivations is true but the result, poor people becoming poorer, certainly will be. How can there be a Labour party working towards that?
