Strikes me though, as with so many other things in our 21st society, we need to take a different approach to counter this kind of attack on our liberty (and common sense). It's all very well complaining but the systems are so frigging big now that you've got to play 'em at their own game; hence sending their rubbish back to them in their own pre-paid envelopes - that I like ;-)
