I doubt very much that capital punishment is the goal here.

I fear they might treat him that way, changeing times and all that.
They must have pretty shit computers though, so why aren't they first and foremost concerned with that? I remember seeing the guy on the news months back, and he looked like yer average shy nerdy type.
I don't hold out much hope for him really (but like yerself, I doubt he'll be 'executed').
