I fear they might treat him that way, changeing times and all that.I doubt very much that capital punishment is the goal here.
They must have pretty shit computers though, so why aren't they first and foremost concerned with that? I remember seeing the guy on the news months back, and he looked like yer average shy nerdy type.
I don't hold out much hope for him really (but like yerself, I doubt he'll be 'executed').
