Well that's what they (allegedly) threatened him with - I was listening to an interview with the poor sod last night. The only way he can be extradited is if the crime he's committed is worth at least 1 years jail in both countries. The US government say he's damaged each and every computer he hacked into (yeah yeah yeah) so causing 700K's worth of damage. If that's not the case he can't really be sent away. But he's lost this round - he's taking to the house of lords for another try.
