Thanks for that. The matter might be settled in court then. I really hope he is in the ballot and can't see him losing - no matter what candidate they agree on and rest their hopes in to challenge ( it would seem that 'they', those with no confidence in JC are trying to narrow it down to one candidate).

Can you see a JC led Labour party getting elected?

For me it's never been about that, for me it's been about steering the party back in the right direction. I think a party led by him stands a good chance.

What people seem to forget is that Labour lost two elections in 2010 and 2015 before Corbyn was leader! Labour weren't even electable then but at least now they've got a huge swelling of members and public support.
