Obama's the one calling for a minimum wage increase. It's the conservatives who present the same argument as you do who are blocking it.
I didn't say it was Obamas fault, each state decides what its minimum wage is(there is a government minimum wage but I don't think that's whats being discussed here) the fact is its been a long time since the minimum has been upped im not blaming the president for that just using his time in office as a reference point for those not living in the states that might not know how long its been.
