Fecking ridiculous, are there not enough, what's the word again, crimes to solve

Don't think the cops enforcing it should be wound up, more like the idiots making them enforce it. I think most police would rather be catching a mugger or rapist or whatever than enforcing meaningless laws that never reach the courts.
