LP’s
Bloodflowers – The Cure
A seriously good Cure album.

Black Sunday – Cypress Hill
This still sounds pretty fresh. OK, it’s a bit samey and goes off a bit as it goes on with most (though not all) of the best tracks coming in the first half, but I enjoyed hearing it again.

Face The Music – ELO
It’s worrying me how much I’m enjoying hearing this one again!

III – Led Zeppelin
The recent expanded edition.

Animositisomina - Ministry
It's a patchy album, with some of the opening tracks being too close to bog-standard metal for my taste, even if there is still a helping of Killing Joke here and there. But then towards the end of the album we get the rather ace Impossible with its thumping beat and almost Nepalm Death-like vocals.

American Interior – Gruff Rhys
I was a bit disappointed with this at first, thinking it went a bit downhill after the opening title track, though this was probably a lot to do with just how much I've ended up liking Hotel Shampoo which I reckon is a bit of a mini pop masterpiece. Anyway, I’m pleased to announce that this is turning out to be a bit of a grower, too.

To Be Kind – Swans
This is seriously good, especially disc one. In fact I couldn’t believe on first play just how great A Little God In My Hands. A second listen confirmed its greatness!

Cedar Room EP – Doves
Caught Out There – Kelys

Touched By The Hand Of God – New Order

According to RYM, there's an album on the way this year entitled 4:14 Scream. Bloodflowers seems to be rated by Cure fans (and RYM)- maybe I need to give it more of a go...
