Something that i have been listening to a bit, and that i would like to bring to people's attention is Anais Mitchell's Hadestown. It is a conceptual piece about orpheus and persephone and all that shit. Amazing. Been out for a couple of years, but i keep returning to it. On a similar theme, Jah Wobble's Return to Hades is to coin a phrase, haunting. And i didn't mind The new adaptation of The Clash of the Titans at all. I think there is going to be a sequel!

Her "Hymns For The Exiled" is worth hearing too. Several cuts above yer average ingenue singer songwriter record. A proper writer and she handles her politics with a light touch too. Soapbox not included.
