Am I seeing things, or is there a larger ring above the CnR to the left, probably twice the diameter of tuthas and hugging the edge of the stone.

It looks like the team that surveyed the area for the project failed to find it because of the wrong coords, you wouldn't happen to have an exact grid ref would you? :-)
