OK. I've just this minute spoken to the man who alerted me to the appeal to get the right of way extinguished.

The primary issue is getting comments from people who have actually visited the site to prove that it is visited.

Secondary to that we may need letters of protest at this act of Heritage Theft!

I will be speaking to the council solicitor tomorrow (he's a good guy who wants to keep it) and offering as much info/input that I can give.
