a nice glossy 'coffee-table' book
Watch this space, I'm considering sending out feelers in the future....

fine b&w efforts in 'Megaliths' by Corio and Corio.
I've been thinking about getting this book, its good then? What areas does it cover and is it purely photos or is there some text too?

I have the Max Milligan/Aubrey Burl book on order for ages, Waterstones told me it was out of print. I've seen some of the photos on Milligan's own website though and heard his interview with Andy B. I cant wait to see the book, I think his style is quite different to my own. I tend to picture the 'whole' and dont tend towards close ups and abstracts, it doesn't naturally occur to me to divide up something that was purposely constructed to a particular shape and design. I'm a 'stand back and take it all in' kind of guy :-)

It is good, all bw, with some text, but nowt in depth. It covers Wales and Hingerlund, going as far north as Long Meg and the Devil's Arrows.

It's a very diferent style to your stuff Ken, in places it gets quite heavy with the dodging/burning, and in a couple of places, I could swear there's a hint of unsharp mask, though I could be wrong, not sure if there's been any digital manipulation.

For my tastes, the finest photie in the book is the one of The Hawk Stone.
