The only Photoshopping was a bit of brightening and a bit of sharpening. I had the ISO a bit low so the shutter speeds weren't quite fast enough. How someone could "Photoshop" those images into existence beats me. If I could do that, I'd be making a fortune.

Ah no, I thought from reading your piece that someone sent them on to you, thats why I thought that they might have been photoshopped.
Didnt realise you took them yourself from a plane. (I presumed if you took them youd know where they are!) As megadread says the 4th one does look a bit photoshoppy and well I figured it would be hard to keep something like this quiet, especially if they were built in 2006 then more likely if they were to be a tourist attraction that something would have come out about them.

Well Im looking forward to the solution anyway.

No I took them, but when you're in a plane flying VFR your only visual reference is the landscape. It can be hard to judge how far away things are when you're at 1,500 feet. As I said, we were flying back from Tara towards Slane, pretty much in a straight line, and these things were off out to the right.

Derek- understand now about the Photoshop. I can assure you that I took these photos and, as I said, the quality is not fantastic because I had the ISO too low and the shutter speeds were slow, resulting in somewhat blurred images.

If someone can find these things on the ground and get photos that would make quite a story . . .
