Frankly it's still bollocks though. We'll never get back those all sites that have lasted 4,000 yrs and get destroyed in a day. But grubby, greedy, profiteering outweighs heritage worth, every single time. To resort to cliche, we are a society that knows the price of everything and the value of nothing. Bah.

It IS bollocks, as posterity will confirm but right now we here are a tiny eccentric bunch whose concern for these places isn't shared by most people.
