Does anyone know this place?

An agenda item on the EH Advisory Committee minutes for January is "Proposed removal of Emmets Post Round Barrow". (Could be to do with the adjacent china clay workings).

Lubin will be your man (Gladman was nearby not that long ago as well). I very nearly went that way last winter, but daylight went. Gutted now, if it's going to be, well, gutted.

I've not heard anything locally about this but will see what I can find out. http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/site/10428/emmets_post.html
