That counts for me too but I take my chance and present the application form and membership fee to the first site-owner and ask him to invite me as a member and sign-up a temporary membership-card for me. It is their bussiness, isn't it? It worked that way in Scandinavia. I hope we're lucky! Have a nice trip!
