Good point. It's just that the original CUCAP image is rotated so that east is to the right and I tried to match the other images to that one.

Might be of interest . If the site is as suggested then from there to Clermont cairn , the highest point to the NE gives a declination of 28 .1 ,very close to the Lunar Major standstill .The other obvious hills to the north Slievee Gullion ,Croslieve provide nothing of astro interest .
