Thank you both, did some delving, a Professor John Waddell - Iron age expert provided a report on the archaeology there, not on the web. The landfill site is one of those contentious battles (similar to Tara) that has a long history, basically you are putting a landfill site atop a major aquifer, compulsory purchase of land and destroying archaeology, its to 'service' the waste of Dublin, but could be taken to the EU for wrong waste disposal methods....... its a mixed bag as usual
