I think that's the Monknewtown henge? Not sure the name is correct but there's details of it in Geraldine Stout's Bend of the Boyne book, it was excavated by Geraldine if I remember correctly and the field layouts to the east examined.

Ken, that's not Monknewtown. I've been there and it's on the northern side of the Slane-Drogheda road a good country mile away from this whatever-it-is yoke. This was my visit: http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/site/9696/monknewtown_ii.html
I didn't get to the henge as it's at the back of a factory.

I'm think I may head up to the 'new' Fourwinds discovery on Sunday, weather permitting, if anybody's up for it. Failing that, see you next Thursday in Ashbourne (invite arrived today :-) )
