Any idea what this might be translated into english An Mhoin Odhar?
My gaelige is of a poor level.

Off the top of my head Mhoin is bog. Odhar is a name - related to Edair, the mythological figure that Howth is named after.

If that's right it would be The Bog of Odhar, but that's only a guess.

It means the dun-coloured bog, dun being a browninsh grey colour

This monument is in Corderry townland. Perhaps the name should be updated, with Moanour Mountain as an alternative?
