Jon , no , except of course the parch marks which were nothing to do with the excavation and all thanks to Tim .
But the original stripes i.e. Atkinson's and later MPP 's were quite close to the new finds and not at the bend .

Good point. I had it in my mind that they were further down for some reason. Either way it seems that there is still no evidence that they actually join up in the way described by MPP?
