there's *always* been a road there, two in fact. The Harroway is what's now known as the A303. I'm not sure about the one along the side of the visitor centre, but the one running parallel to it in front of Larkhill is called "The Packway", which sounds jolly old too ...

Tracks I can understand after all the green roads tend to go past most ancient sites understandably, but a bunch of vandles with shit loads of bitumen, Naaa don't get that bit.
