But we'd have maybe added something he didn't -
"No way can that happen as a tunnel was judged too expensive. Although, just last week the govt. found a comparable sum, £500 million, to build an extra length of tunnel for the High Speed Rail Link under the Chilterns. So it all depends who happens to live where maybe."
