Just picked this up on BBC News

I was under the impression that our government had put the block on expensive road re-routings at Stonehenge, but here are EH asking for opinions.
Is this really a viable excercise, given that all sorts of proposals for the site have fallen by the wayside in recent years, or p'raps I'm missing summat?

Well, here is one excellent opinion/suggestion from Heritage Action http://www.heritageaction.org/?page=theheritagejournal Easy to implement and one which would solve the overcrowded souvenir shop and the tacky McStonehenge Burger outlet in one go. Certainly be interesting to hear from English Heritage why this can't be done - now!
