Hi Nigel,

I think this Bruce chappie has a view that the bluestones were floated across the Bristol Channel and rolled across what is now Somerset. It's a long detour to make from the Marlborough Downs just to avoid Red Horn Hill....especially with a bloody great sarsen.....
