So it looks as if, according to the respective sets of strategic plans, Stonehenge will have a spanking new £67.5m visitors' centre in 2006 whereas Silbury will STILL not have been repaired!

Don't worry though, the public won't notice as by then the jester will be flapping his bladder like a good 'un.

ooh I'm having a little vision of the future...

.. 'The Silbury Experience' interactive multimedia centre at the base of the hill (entrance £5.50) including holograms of King Sil himself and druids galore

... Miniature silbury paperweights in silver plate for sale in the shop on top of the hill

... Cable cars travelling up and down the slope

If EH did this they could pay for the repairs in no time.
