As Chairman (and who bloody needs it?) of HA I’d just like to say I’m utterly sick and tired of obvious downers being concocted whenever HA megameets or minimeets are mentioned here, it's like Pavlov's dogs. Didn’t know it was open to all indeed! And unbelievably patronising advice to mature people to car share and not to drink drive (from a non-car owning non-attendee!)

This is EXACTLY what happened this time last year. It’s not sodding rocket science – if you don’t like HA or it’s members and you have no intention of coming to a meet then kindly refrain from putting your oar into threads about it. We shall all get on just fine that way. Thanks.
