I’d manage a smile if it wasn’t so serious. Quite unbelievable that ‘an expert’s’ first thought, “...was to deal with them in the usual way, by chopping them into more manageably sized chunks...”

Not sure what university of ‘the usual way’ Panter belongs to but it’s not one that I recognise.
