Are these cup-marks?

When I saw these marks I immediatley thought they were cup-marks however the North Tipp Archaeological Inventory doesnt mention them on at all what do ye think?

If they are confined to one face of the stone then, probably, yes. If they're on every facet of the stone then, almost certainly, no.
