Having a horse is most essential!
For one thing you are 6ft higher and for another you can jump over hedges and take a direct route across the fields.
I doubt I would have noticed the Clatford circle if I wasn't on horseback.

Hi - sorry to bring this old post up but was wondering if you vould be more specific as to where Clatford circle is? Was thinking of taking a look for it but sounds like i would probably miss it if i didn't know where it was!
