As I recall, they have very little about removal from ancient stones, where a very gentle process is required. It seems to me from recent publicity they don't have a lot of knowledge on the subject. A database of advice based on simple experimentation would be good. Just writing to the various paint manufacturers would be a start. We're only one deranged person away from an epidemic of this sort of thing.
