Did the culprits break down the fence Pete? I suppose the fence is the urgent matter for now, as they may well be back. No, they're certain to be back.

The fence is easily opened allowing access to all.
If something isn't done to stop it Silbaby will just disappear forever and be seen as nothing but a rubbish tip in the future.
Couldn't HA take the stance of Flytipping in a WHS and so close to Silbury/WKLB etc?

What is the standard of proof on TMA?

I ask because any HA approach to the owner, or EH or NT or the WHS or the Council would be more likely to be listened to if Silbaby was featured here or somewhere similar as at least a "possible". Otherwise, we'll probably be dismissed out of hand. We could make a noise, and I think we should, but if it's just us I can't see it working.
