Sounds like you might be based in Wales. If you are, you should try visiting the National Monument Record of Wales (NMRW) in Aberystwyth:

There's a lot of stuff in there that hasn't made it onto Coflein. As well as paying the NMRW a visit in person, you can make a request for information via the following web page:

Sorry, missed this earlier, Friday and all that. I've bookmarked it for now, fill it in later when i feel like filling in forms. At least this one might be worth filling in. Apologies, i just hate filling in forms.

Form very nice indeed, http://www.rcahmw.org.uk/cgi-bin/user/ahmwww/database/distsearch good too. I put in the map ref for the stones (SH878535) and there's a lot more out there.
