And if the word spreads to other "guardians" it could have a wider beneficial effect. For instance, if this had all happened a couple of years ago I doubt if NT would have accepted money from Channel 4 to plaster the Big Brother logo at Uffington.

Thanks for your encouragement everyone. This is a result, of course, of the efforts of a lot of people.

I think you are right about Uffington Nigel. But the message has definitely got through this time. Partly with the help of F4J :-)
