As was Men A Tol in Cornwall. Maybe it's just part of a further misunderstanding of our heritage. As picked up on earlier posts, history, as far as the UK goes tends to start with the Industrial revolution in most English schools, completely overlooking the vast cultural, economicand religious changes that took place over the countless millenia peceeding it. Better education and a healthy repect for our heritage might help, though somehow i doubt it. It only takes one bloody minded idiot to spoil it for everybody else.
