Well, we went to Kyle of Lochalsh (a fantastic train trip that bears repeats, if ever there was one) and this time we both wanted to get over onto Skye itself. Broadford was close enough timewise to get a bus there and back from Kyle allowing a bit less than 4 hours mooching time. And there just happens to be a couple of chambered tombs nearby. We didn't manage to get "up" anywhere though, time wasn't enough for that. Which gives me plenty of excuses to go back...
