Well as I understood it, some bloke had flattened a building in the middle of a town and found some interesting looking stuff. The archaeologists say it is a cairn, v unusual. Bloke wishes to keep cairn exposed so tourists can visit. Local council say no, he must put a building on top of it like wot he intended in the first place.
