I have one of those PDA cum GPS things, for which there's a bit of freeware called 'Sun n' Moon'. Give it Long and Lat and you can list sun-up/set and moonrise/set times on your today screen for multiple locations. Obviously your azimuth's up to you, but it's pretty handy.
