Sorry, just remembered where I saw a not to dis-similar plate reproduced in Burls 'Great Stone Circles' which was in Camden's 'Britain', 1610. Not much help but I did find a library book I was missing while rooting out that!

I reckon you might mean this one:
http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/post/46963/images/stonehenge.html I made the same mistake. They do look quite similar, except the Camden one has something really odd going on with the trilithons in the background.

At least you found your book though :)
