I was inside Stonehenge on tuesday for the fullmoon rise.
Just a small group.
Great weather and the moon apeared on time.

Avebury will be the usual parking problems and people sat in the Red Lion (yawn)

Was that the northernmost moonrise you photographed? Sorry, thought I'd ask you, as I'm too lazy to check. I did notice the moon in the morning, far in the north west on my way to work this week - it looked full (northernmost moonset?).

Never had a problem with parking at Avebury, always just used the NT/EH (can never remember which Avebury is) carpark. Tho I guess if Sunset is the time to be there, it could be more problematic..
