Stonehenge 181

Of ALL the stones, I don't know, but of quite a few yes. They left "footprints" in the chalk base of their stone holes. I'm sure Mike Pitts' "Hengeworld" mentions this, as well at the expensive Stonehenge tome by EH. As long as the stone holes were excavated correctly, then all that is required is to fit the correct stones to the correct "Footprints". Easy, eh? Don't know what all the fuss is about.

I wasn't aware that any fuss was being made. I was asking a (very) simple question - a question which, so far, still seems not to have been answered.
