I was just acknowledging your prone and isolated, yet very useful, post and the words were my own.
Of course it's possible that I may have read a shuffle of them some time ago, and they'd have been poking around my mind ever since looking for an exit!

Well, it's a very nice line gjrk - the first in a poem about Silbury perhaps... :-) Could have been John Aubrey's words, writing about his work at Stonehenge and Avebury, that rang a bell -

"I have brought (them) from an inner darkness to a thin Mist."
