Agreed; although myself and others on this board were involved (some of us painfully!) in providing at least a modicum of "hands-on" action at that event. Sadly, despite our (occasionally audible) efforts, the froth won out.....

Time Team were not allowed to take over the Durrington dig so they had little control of what was dug where. I thought it funny that one of the producers wouldn't get out of the car in the field because there was cow shite everywhere!
The Durrington building was interesting.
