Victimise! You are joking right - are pedestrians being 'victimised' when they get knocked down by someone driving too fast. Are all the dead animals I see lying at the roadsides being 'victimised' for trying to live in their own habitat.
When I choose to walk in mud rather than pavements it is to get away from cars and to observe wildlife. You will never persuade me that the owners of motor vehicles have the ‘right’ to churn up country-side trackways and footpaths for their own enjoyment. I’m immoveable on this and have nothing more to add to the debate.
