Indeed (and there are loads) but preferably not delicate or sensitive places. The line would be pretty easy to draw, by agreement, but any proposal is opposed as an attack. I think they've just won a huge fight to retain their freedom to use some of the Stonehenge tracks. You'd think they could have agreed to do without those, at least.

No knowing the location of the Stonehenge tracks and therefore their impact on Stonehenge, I find myself unable to make any informed decision but It doesn't seem appropriate.

What we need (From my view point) is a arbitration body that can fairly decide what is appropriate or not, and have the power to police that decision.
At least I would like to see talk between the various parties, rather than attack and defence.
