So maybe you need a more precise definition of terms, and some usage that weights "preservation and conservation" to all things Aveburian. I doubt that's going to go over with residents, though, who always feel they, as long term custodians, have more say than johnny come lately outsiders. Whether or not that view is rational, defensible or even just nice.
