I've no idea I'm afraid. I got the full hardback signed and numbered edition, but also picked up the softback Chapter 4 version for field trips. Had them both a few years now, paid £45 and £20 if I recall.

You might pick up a second hand copy on Amazon - http://url.ie/1i8h - but be warned, they ain't cheap! Not by a long shot!
