Fibreglass with some sort of sand substance mixed in I think. If you tap on it....

They did that with the Dunning Class 1 Pictish Stone near Forfar, put the original in the Meffan Institute to prevent further erosion and replaced it with a replica which looks extremely good. Until you knock on it... Ditto the Fowlis Wester Class 2.
